Grab Bag #2
There should be an animated docu-series or just a documentary featuring Colette from the 2007 film Ratatouille- how did she go from being one chef of several at one of several restaurants in Paris to being featured on a magazine cover in a flashback to Riley's toddler years in Inside Out in 2015?
In terms of animated TV shows, the Moana series should start with a brief history of their home island while Zootopia+ should start out by showing how the world went from Finding Nemo/Dory and the Secret Life of Pets series to a completely animalistic society. The material is there if the writers want to use it.
Sing 2 has a fantastic opportunity in terms of showing where New Moon Theater is geographically in terms of an animated movie history timeline after Zootopia's mention of map coordinates placed it at modern-day Los Angeles.
Qualms about recasting Harry, Ron and Hermione aside, I think there needs to be a remaking of the Harry Potter books with each book one season and each chapter one episode. Harry and Ginny deserve the relationship they had in the books. Voldemort didn't deserve the death he got in the movie. Ginny did not need to tie Harry's shoes in the Half-Blood Prince. And- also in movie six- the Burrow didn't need to be set on fire.
A good addition to the Harry Potter universe would be to move Quidditch through the Ages to the screen. I don't want to spoil anything if you haven't read the book yet but suffice it to say that the game played at Hogwarts is not how the game started out.
It's time for the MCU to move from their ever-expanding movies and TV shows field into the field of written media- and what better way then to put out biographies of various characters? A good one to start with would be Tony Stark, since his MCU storyline (I think) is concluded since he sacrificed himself in Infinity War. And what a biographical life- built his first circuit board at age four, his first engine at age nine, MIT at age sixteen, inheriting Stark Industries at age twenty-one- the list goes on. A good title would be A Cheap Trick and a Cheesy One-Liner: The Official Biography of Tony Stark.
Coming 2 America has a trailer, poster and March release date. The sequel sees King Akeem return to Queens for the first time since 1988 from his kingdom of Zamunda to meet a son he didn't know about who's also the heir to the Zamundan throne.
